“I visited again! The best~”
The staff was very friendly, and the condition of the room was truly excellent! The location is just a 5-minute walk from Honmachi Station, making it easy to get around, and there is a convenience store nearby. There is a space available on the first floor for guests to use for work, etc. There are free drinks available! It seems that if you request at the front desk by 11 PM the day before, you can send your luggage, like a suitcase, to the airport. (It's best to ask the hotel for confirmation on this. I just inquired but didn't use the service.)

“It is an accommodation with good cost performance.”
The accessibility was great, being about a 5-minute walk from Honmachi Station, and the accommodation condition was clean! It was convenient for traveling as it was close to the Shinsaibashi shopping district, Dotonbori, and Osaka Castle! The drinks and snacks provided in the hotel lounge were impressive.

“Accessibility-friendly hotel”
The accessibility from Shinsaibashi to Namba is excellent, and it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to arrive by walking without needing to take the train. Going to Universal Studios wasn't bad either. I applied for breakfast and I think it was a good decision. If you have kids, I definitely recommend applying for breakfast. In the evenings, instant noodles and wine juice are provided unlimited, and I bought some snacks from the convenience store to solve my late-night cravings with free ramen and wine every night. I used the amenities comfortably. The surroundings are quiet as it’s an office area, and the staff was friendly; they also stored my bags during check-in and check-out, which was a nice touch. I would definitely consider using this hotel again.

“The hotel facilities are good, and the staff are very friendly.”
The front staff were so friendly, and I appreciated their good assistance when I asked for what I wanted. It's convenient that the lobby allows us to take as many amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs as we want! As mentioned in other reviews, the room is a bit small for opening suitcases, but the bed is quite wide and long, which is nice. There is also a hanger for coats. 👍 While there aren’t many TV channels, there is a TV, a refrigerator, and the bathroom is clean! The hot water works well, and the water pressure is good. The heater keeps the room warm (I was worried as this doesn't always work well in Japan). I had a very comfortable two-night stay! It’s in a quiet location, not noisy, but close to a drugstore (Sugi Pharmacy?) and convenience store, so it was great as it's not too secluded. I’m very satisfied and would love to revisit this place if I come back to Osaka!

“I checked in after 10 PM, so I mostly just slept.”
I was able to stay for 5,000 yen per person without meals at a discounted price! I think it's the best cost performance in the same price range. The width between the bed and the desk is a bit narrow, but it feels clean. There's no view from the window as it overlooks a corridor of an apartment building, but since it's just for sleeping, it's not a problem. The bathroom and toilet are combined, but it's spacious and well-cleaned. The shampoo and conditioner work well to make your hair smooth. The face wash serves as hand soap, so it might be a good idea to bring your own cleansing product. The room has a refrigerator and an air purifier, and there is no smell of tobacco. The air conditioning is not overly dry, so if you leave a wet towel out, it should feel comfortable. It's nice that there's a bedside spotlight that can be turned off with a hand switch! They don’t serve coffee, but you can get tea, green tea, and amenities at the reception. They also provide Jinbei-style pajama sets that are thicker and longer. I only met the front desk staff during check-in and check-out, but they were polite. You can check out using a machine, and the elevator requires you to swipe your card key to press the button. Since there are only izakayas and bars open on Friday nights after 10 PM, I recommend eating elsewhere if you're with elementary school kids. It’s close to the station and was a nice hotel.
