"The hotel is located near the New Cathedral of Linz and a famous bakery. It is convenient to take a tram from the train station, just 4 stops away, and you can purchase a very short-distance ticket. The hotel staff provides attentive service, and they proactively contacted me via WhatsApp even before my arrival. If there were any questions, I could ask them there, and the staff responded very quickly. During my stay, the pull tab on a can we bought broke, but fortunately, the hotel had a can opener available for borrowing. There is a water machine in the lobby with lemon water and apples. The room is well-lit and appears bright and comfortable, with new decor and high ceilings, creating no sense of oppression. There are electric sockets by the bedside, making it convenient to charge devices. It also has a refrigerator and a coffee machine."

"The room is spacious and comfortable for one person. The staff at the reception are courteous. For late check-in, they send a key code in advance, but the response acknowledging the late check-in is somewhat slow, which can be a bit concerning. It might be more reliable to mention it in the notes when making the reservation rather than relying on follow-up chats. The amenities are limited, just shampoo and soap. It's a ten-minute walk from the station. It's recommended to cut diagonally through the park. On weekends, all supermarkets other than those near the station are closed, so being close to the station is appreciated for that reason too."
