Good, but a bit disappointed.
Pros: * Good location, nice room, friendly reception staff. Cons: * Really small pillows, no extra pillows or extra blankets * Paying wifi, seriously? And pretty expensive! * Sink was clogged up. Asked the staff to take care of it. When we came back to the room after a day, visibly someone had came to try something, but it was not fixed. It was just left as it was, full of water and worse than before, with no explanation at all. Had to ask again the next morning to the reception, and wait another day to get it fixed.

Great location and friendly staff
WLAN shoul be complimentary for all, instead of 9,9€/day for 5mbit shared connection.

Can not recommend this hotel.
No WiFi included!!! Breakfast costs 19 euro extra per person. They didnt change towels for 3 days. One small shamoo/soap each day per person. No conditioner and its a 4 star hotel.

Worst Value WiFi....EVER! The rest was good.
EUR9 per day for intermittent internet access? No thanks. I was on the 32nd floor, never had full coverage and the signal regularly died completely. Also you couldn't have more than one device access the net without the front desk intervening. Other than that, not a bad Hotel.
